Ronaldo's commitment to physical fitness is one of the keys to his incredible longevity. This summer's European Championship will see him take part in his 11th major tournament some twenty years after representing Portugal at Euro 2004.
Six Euros, five World Cups and 200 caps later, Ronaldo is still going strong and has remarkably avoided major injury during his career.
February is shaping up to be a big month for Ronaldo with an Asian Champions League last 16 tie against fellow SPL side Al-Feiha, sandwiched between a return to league action. There is also the small matter of a much-hyped Riyadh Season Cup clash against Lionel Messi's Inter Miami.
